I’m Matthew Benavidez, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in American Fork serving Utah County.

My primary clinical focus is trauma therapy using Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and my secondary focus is couples therapy using the Gottman Method, with EFCT/EFT-informed work where it supports attachment repair.
